  Rather than just say the usual easy out phrase "Sorry come back later dude." I am sadly getting used to hearing, instead the manager apologized and called ahead to get me in at a Hyundai dealership up the street which did have an open Saturdays Service dept as well as compatible Kia parts and mechanics.

  My check engine light came on as I was half way through a 5 hour drive. I stopped into Castlegar Kia (as I have a Soul) and was helped right away. Todd at the front counter was very pleasant and helpful and Travis my mechanic was very knowledgeable and informative. I would go back in a blink if I lived here!

  *S-E-R-V-I-C-E* One word. This is a very small town with "interesting" attitudes about service, so it was a pleasant surprise to find a professional can-do customer service experience exceeding even that of big city dealerships.
