  It's unbelievably disorganized and with this recent dealing with the manager I've realized that from the top down they just don't give a flying you-know-what.

  We were so looking forward to a peppermint mocha latte as advertised outside but sadly they were out.Very disappointed. This is not the first time they have not had what we wanted.It seems that this Tim's is always out of something.

  Second time, today, they still have no idea what I'm talking about and so the manager came out and she had no idea either. I asked her to take my name down, she said she was good with names. Um. No. I have an ethnic name. And what manager doesn't take down a name and number? It's just unreal.

  Always fresh wholesome food and who doesn't love the pastries. Our favorite.

  9 out of 10 times they get the order wrong. I connected with the owner because enough was enough. She was very friendly and after we chatted for a bit on the phone she let me know there'd be a gift card put aside for me to make up for all the wrong coffees. I have since tried two times to pick it up. First time the guy took 15 solid minutes to get my two coffees together and when he looked at me blankly about the gift card I accepted defeat and left.
